Can across this beautiful White Mulberry (morus alba) tree on one of the outlying islands of Hong Kong.
The specie is native to Hong Kong although rare in my immediate neighbourhood.
This particular individual is certainly happy where it is and showing it with it abundance of fruits.
The species parts, such as fruit, bark, roots and leaves, are said to have multiple medicinal qualities, including benefits for diabetes and high blood pressure.
Will definitely look out for them in the future.
